Ten risk leaders were interviewed in a deep-dive interview with a member of our team.
We developed this benchmark to support a Risk Leadership Network member on their specific risk priority: to introduce measures in their organisation to improve executive engagement in risk. We followed up the benchmark by facilitating a series of 1-to-1 meetings for the member - with risk leaders who had successful approaches to executive engagement.
